Our second stop in the States (after visiting New York) was over to the West Coast – San Francisco.

Though I had visited New York before, it was my first time in San Francisco. Whilst there, we visited the Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary, the former residency of notable inmates such as Al Capone, Alvin “Creepy Karpis” Karpavicz, Machine Gun Kelly (the original version) and Robert “The Birdman” Stroud. We also went to see the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito Yacht Harbor and Muir Woods.
